PUBLIC HOME AUCTION

Real Estate Disposition Corporation welcomes broker involvement. To Register with REDC, you must be a licensed real estate broker or agent and must complete the following Broker Registration Application. The 2% commission stated in the auction term and conditions will be paid to you once your prospect successfully purchases the property and closes escrow (subject to all terms of the Broker Participation Program as set forth below).
To qualify for the commission, you must first fully complete this application. You must also present a copy of this application printed from this website, plus a copy of your valid/active California Real Estate Sales/Brokers License, to the REDC Broker Registration Table on auction day, prior to the commencement of the auction. You and your prospect(s) must inspect the property together. You must remain with your prospect(s) throughout the entire bidding and purchase process. You and your prospect(s) will be required to sign all necessary documentation required for purchasing subject property. You are not required to attend the closing. Earned commission(s) shall ONLY be paid to registered brokers AT CLOSING. No commission will be paid if you are acting in any way as a principal in the purchase of a property. An affidavit stating that you are not a principal will be required. A prospective buyer may register with only one broker. No employee or agent of REDC is empowered to modify or change any provision of the Broker Participation Program.
NOTE: You must be sure your client follows all procedures as stated in the auction Terms & Conditions related to Pre- Qualification and required cash funds.
